- Writers have the option of working by mail, internet, or face-to-face in Nashville, TN.
- Song(s) recorded on work tape.

4. Professional Song Demos

- Song(s) recorded by a full band of top Nashville musicians who have recorded with the best artists in town.
- Song(s) will be mixed and burned to CD.

5. CD Duplication for Marketing
6. Song Publishing

- If the songs fit with our style, Rustic Records will add them to our song catalog.
- This is where we go to find songs for our artists, as well as for other artists who are in the studio cutting new material.

7. Song Placement Referral

- If the song doesn't fit our artists or Rustic's catalog, we will refer your material to reputable song pluggers who can pitch these songs to the appropriate major labels or publishers. We already have people in place to handle these referrals, and they are excited to be working with Rustic Records, Inc.

- Artist can request a song written especially for them.
- This does not mean they own the song, only that they will be allowed to record it on their projects. Ownership of song rights remains with the writers and/or their publishing company.

- Artists looking for material can listen to available songs in Rustic's music catalog.

- Rustic only has so much room for artists on its label. If we are unable to sign an artist, for whatever reason, we will refer him/her to an artist marketing specialist who will market the artist to major and independent labels in an attempt to get a record deal. Again, we already have quality people in place to handle these referrals.
- Done upon completion of work and will depend on the genre of music.
